We dispatch in-stock items on working days. For bank transfers, we dispatch on the working day your payment reaches our account.
You know where your shipment is
Your dispatch confirmation includes the parcel number and a tracking link. We entrust delivery to established courier companies.
If your wine is damaged, we arrange a replacement
Once we have checked the damage, we dispatch replacement wine promptly. You do not have to wait for the carrier to close the claim.
Every bottle has its own place.
Sturdy five-layer corrugated cardboard and internal protective dividers help protect bottles in transit. We use certified DPD Bottle Logistics packaging designed for shipping glass bottles.
We use additional filling only where needed to secure empty spaces in the packaging.

Did your wine arrive damaged? Contact us directly.
Send us your order number and, if possible, photographs of the packaging and damaged bottles. Please keep the packaging for now. Once we have checked what happened, we will promptly dispatch replacement wine and handle communication with the carrier.

We store your wines in a modern climate-controlled warehouse protected from sunlight. Controlled temperature and humidity, together with air filtration, help preserve their quality until your shipment is prepared.
