Enter the order number and the e-mail used for your purchase. You will receive a secure link to your order. Open it, select Return products, choose the items and confirm your withdrawal. Registration and a reason for withdrawal are not required.

Withdrawal and returns

For a distance purchase of goods, you may generally withdraw within 14 days after receipt. For an order delivered in separate consignments, the period runs from receipt of the last item; for goods consisting of several parts, from the last part; for regular deliveries, from the first delivery. Withdrawal is also possible before receipt and for selected products from a multi-item order. The statutory extension for missing withdrawal information remains applicable under section 20(2)-(3) of Slovak Act 108/2024, up to 12 months beyond the normal period.

Send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to info@tokajdelights.eu or by post to our address. The model form below is optional. Sending the notice by the last day of the applicable period preserves the deadline. You may also use My order: request a secure link using your order number and purchase e-mail, open the order detail, select Return products, choose the goods and confirm withdrawal. Receipt is confirmed by e-mail with a system summary. See Withdrawal and returns. The system countdown does not alter the statutory period starting on receipt or remove your legal rights.

Send back or hand over the goods within 14 days after withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise or offer to collect them. You bear the direct return costs unless we expressly offer to cover them. Pack breakable bottles securely; tracked or insured shipping is recommended. Original packaging is recommended, not a general condition for exercising your right.

We refund the payments concerned within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. On withdrawal from the whole order, this includes original delivery costs up to the least expensive standard delivery we offered. Where the law permits, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back. We use the original payment method unless you agree to another method without charges. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, provided the statutory information was supplied.

Exceptions apply only within the law, including personalised goods, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing. The special alcohol exception requires all three conditions: a price agreed at contract conclusion, delivery possible only after 30 days, and value depending on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control. An ordinary wine purchase is not automatically excluded from withdrawal. An opened bottle is assessed under the applicable statutory rules and circumstances, not a blanket exclusion. Rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
